aye777 Questions & Answers — FAQ

The aye777 customer support team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can reach us instantly via Live Chat at any time in the MMT (UTC+6:30) timezone. Even if a problem comes up while you're playing late at night, there's no closed window — we're always on duty.

aye777 offers two ways to get in touch — Live Chat on the website and email at [email protected]. Live Chat gets you the fastest response. For complex account-related issues, emailing with a written record is often the more convenient option.

Have the time the problem occurred, which browser / device you were using, and — for deposit / withdrawal issues — the transfer reference number and a screenshot ready. Also keep your account username on hand, and never share OTP codes with anyone. Having this information ready helps the support team assist you faster.

The entire aye777 support team can communicate in Burmese. Burmese-language support is available 24/7 so players can explain what they need clearly, with no language barrier. For any issue while you're playing, just contact us in Burmese.

Log in to your aye777 account, go to the deposit section, and select Wave Money. Transfer funds to the Wave Money number shown, then enter the transaction ID as usual. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks and it reflects in your account almost instantly after the transfer is confirmed. You can transfer through any Wave Money agent.

Deposits are normally reflected almost instantly. If yours hasn't appeared yet, contact us via Live Chat with your transaction ID and screenshot. Delays can happen if the money was sent to the wrong number or the transaction ID was not filled in, so it's important to fill in the reference accurately after transferring. The support team will check it for you.

For all payment methods at aye777 — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay — the minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

Log in to the aye777 website, go to the deposit section, and select KBZPay. Enter the amount you want to transfer to the KBZPay number shown, attach a screenshot of the transfer, and submit. The time between deposit and system confirmation is only a few minutes, which makes this the most popular method among Myanmar players.

Players with a smaller budget should go for games with a higher bonus hit frequency (low volatility). Games with a wider bet range can offer bigger prizes but may burn through your balance faster. You can check the bet range of any game at aye777 before entering it — work out your session budget and play within your limits.

Volatility describes how a slot game pays out. High volatility games tend to pay out larger amounts after longer play sessions, but wins can be less frequent in between. Low volatility games pay out smaller amounts more often, which can suit players who want to stretch their budget. aye777's slots library includes many games across different volatility levels.

Free spins are triggered automatically when a set number of scatter symbols land during a game. Depending on the game, free spins can come with multipliers, sticky wilds, and other enhancements. You can find games with free spins features on aye777's slots page and read the feature guide for each game you are interested in.

A progressive jackpot is a prize pool that grows every time any player places a bet. When a player wins the jackpot, the amount resets immediately and then builds back up again from the contributions of other players. aye777 has games with progressive jackpots — you can browse them on the slots page.

aye777's 3D lottery results are based on completely random numbers. The result is shown with a visible animation at draw time, and if the numbers a player has chosen do not match, there is no win. 3D is a format where you play with a combination of 3 numbers, and aye777 cannot predict in any way which numbers will come out.

2D lottery results are based on which 2 random numbers are drawn. If the numbers a player picked match, they win a prize. aye777 displays 2D lottery results accurately, but aye777 does not provide number recommendations — choosing numbers is entirely up to each individual player.

Shan Koe Mee is a Myanmar traditional card game played with 3 standard playing cards. The player whose card total is closest to 9 wins. At aye777 Live Casino, you can play Shan Koe Mee in real time with a live dealer, giving you a more authentic feel of the traditional game. You can join at aye777 Casino.

The aye777 website is built with a fully responsive design that works seamlessly in mobile browsers, so you can play 2D lottery, 3D games, and Shan Koe Mee directly on your smartphone without downloading any app. It runs smoothly on Myanmar's 4G network and delivers a full gaming experience across all screen sizes.

The aye777 support team will never ask for your OTP code at any time or by any means. An OTP code is a one-time code that only you should know, used to protect your account. If anyone asks for your OTP, recognise that it is a scam and report it immediately via Live Chat. The support team will also never ask for your personal password.

Two-step verification (two-factor authentication) is a security system that requires a second verification step after entering your password. This means that even if your password is leaked, it becomes much harder for a third party to access your account. You can enable it at aye777 from your account settings. Players who have not yet turned it on are strongly encouraged to do so.

Please note that the only official aye777 domain is aye777.vip. There may be phishing sites using similar names, which can be identified by differences in domain spelling, a missing SSL lock icon, or a different design. We always recommend bookmarking aye777.vip, checking the URL yourself, and never logging in on any site you are unsure about.

aye777 protects every player's personal data with SSL encryption. All data passing between you and the server is encrypted, reducing the risk of interception by third parties. You can read the full privacy policy at aye777 Privacy Policy.

Follow the support team's instructions to fully recover your account security, and make sure to enable two-step verification.
